Probate Administration
The probate administration process is the process of admitting a decedent's Last Will and Testament to the Court in order to have the nominated Personal Representative (PR) appointed. Once appointed as the Personal Representative, the PR may act on behalf of the decedent's Estate in order to distribute the assets of the decedent according to the terms of their Will.Â
This process can be very confusing and there are numerous procedural requirements that must be followed. Our firm will help guide you through this process in order to make the process as easy as possible.
